面试分为业务轮面试+hr轮面试,本文主要针对hr轮面试展开。
适用对象:平时没有机会开口的哑巴英语的各位同学
笔者面试的是国外的外企,相对国内的外企,可能会稍难一些,hr面是45分钟纯英文面试。所以根据以下方法准备国内外企的面试,应该是有过之而无不及的。

- 充分的行为类问题
行为类问题必须提前准备!很多问题即使是中文面试,如果不准备,我一下子也很难回答出来的。所以必须做好最全面的行为类问题准备。我在网上大概搜了几十篇笔记和超多网页,整理出来供大家查看。
具体答案不列出了,因为都是结合自己的工作经验整理的。在这里主要给大家提供两个小小的建议:
(1)每个问题的问题最好能用中文简单总结,这样在面试时,即使很紧张忘记英文了,也可以根据中文临时整理出英文答案;
(2)准备答复时请尽量将场景/问题/措施/结果描述清楚,而针对弱势或是失败类的问题时需要同时说出改进项或是启发。

- 自我练习
在将行为类问题整理成文字版之后,争取将每个问题的答案都背下来,每天都自己练习一遍(注意一定要出声读出来,不要默念!)。这样会让你对自己准备的内容熟悉起来,即使面试的时候紧张,也不至于大脑一片空白,可能不自觉就带出来一串回答。
- 淘宝外教模拟
自我练习只能保证自己对内容的熟练度,但是无法有交互的练习,所以需要加入模拟面试的环节。如果你有英语口语不错的小伙伴且恰好有时间陪你练习,那你们相约练习就好(注意不要仅按照上述行为类问题一问一答,要有一定的扩展引申)。如果你没有这样的小伙伴,不妨尝试淘宝搜索“英语口语1v1”,找一家自己喜欢的就好,有的可能会有试听课。我找的一家是菲律宾外教,18块钱一节课,非常划算,而且惊奇的发现菲律宾外教其实没有什么奇怪的口音呢~
和外教对练的环节可以安排在面试前几天进行集中的突击训练,有几方面目的:
(1)磨耳朵,确保你可以听懂面试官的问题(我最怕的其实就是听不懂问题。。);
(2)找到语感,虽然短时间不可能有很大的提升,但是可以不怵,尽量放松的交流;
(3)可以扩充你的行为类问题,且可以基于你的问题进行发散;
3.几个小tips:
- 准备一下听不懂问题时的英文。(I’ m sorry. Would you please repeat the question?/Excuse me, I didn’t hear you. Could you please say that again?)
- 回答问题之前如果你不是很确定对方的问题,可以向面试官再次确认(you mean……,you want to know……,right?)。
- hr可能也会问简历项目相关的内容,所以最好按照star原则将每段项目经历也用一段话概括出来,同时准备好挑战/困难/收获这类答案。
