罗和安教授获国家科技进步奖

 

 

 

   人类社会的发展和生活水平的提高都离不开石油化工和精细化工及相关新兴产业的发展,然而化学工业的发展常受制于高能耗、高物耗以及环境污染等问题。湘潭大学“化工过程模拟与强化”研究团队在罗和安教授的带领下,长期致力于化学反应工程和工业反应过程模拟与强化领域的研究,从而使化工过程实现资源利用率最大化、废弃物产生和环境影响最小化、生产流程最简化、建设与运行成本最小化和生产过程安全化等。团队成员主要有罗和安教授、刘平乐教授、艾秋红教授、吴剑教授、游奎一教授、韩路长教授、袁霞教授、王良芥高工、郝芳副教授、赵方方博士、熊伟博士、陈真盘博士等。

   研究团队先后承担国家863计划”项目、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金重点/面上/青年项目、湖南省科技重大专项、湖南省杰出青年基金项目等纵向课题40余项,以及企业技术攻关项目30余项。荣获国家科技进步二等奖2项,教育部自然科学一等奖1项,湖南省科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖3项。获授权中国发明专利60余件,日本发明专利1件。通过省部级成果鉴定8项,近5年成果转化产生的年均经济效益超3亿元。已在AIChE J., Chem. Eng. Sci., Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., Chem. Eng. J., Energy Environ. Sci., J. Catal and Chem. Communi.等国内外重要学术刊物发表研究论文300余篇,单篇最高SCI他引近400次。

   团队负责人罗和安教授是湖南省科技领军人才,化学工程与技术博士点负责人,化工过程模拟与强化国家地方联合工程研究中心主任,湖南省“环境友好与资源高效利用化工新技术”协同创新中心主任,化工过程模拟与优化教育部暨湖南省工程研究中心主任,十一届、十二届全国人大代表,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。建立的两个流体动力学模型被国际上著名的计算流体力学软件FluentCFX采用,为流体颗粒破裂动力学的研究提出了理论框架,解决了定量描述湍流分散体系中流体颗粒破裂动力学行为的难题。

  

Xiangtan University's Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization Team

    The development of petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry and other emerging chemical industries is responsible for the improvement of human beings life. Nowadays, most of the chemical processes are energy intensive and environment unfriendly, so the optimization of chemical process is becoming essential in futures chemical industry. The Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization Team of Xiangtan University has been dedicated to the research area of simulation and optimization of chemical reaction engineering for a long time, aiming at increasing the utilization of resources, reducing waste production, simplifying the technological process, cutting down the construction and operation cost and improving the operation security. The group leader is prof. Luo Hean. Currently, the team is composed of 12 full-time members, including 7 professors, 1 associate professor, 1 senior engineer and 3 lecturers.

    In the past decades, the team had undertaken more than 40 national and local projects, such as the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), the National Science and Technology Major Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Key/General/Youth Programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Science and Technology Major Research Plan of Hunan Province. Based on the close cooperation between the team and enterprises, over 30 enterprise projects were successfully completed. Until now, the team has made significant progress in many fields, including 300+ scientific articles published on important academic journals (such as AIChE J., Chem. Eng. Sci., Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., Chem. Eng. J., Energy Environ. Sci., J. Catal. and Chem. Communi.), 60+ authorized Chinese patents and 1 authorized Japan patent, 8 provincial and ministerial appraisal techniques; and won a lot of awards, including the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award (2 times), the first prize in Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, the first prize in Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province, the second prize in Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province, and the third prize in Scientific and Technological Progress of Hunan Province (3 times). A lot of these achievements have been transformed to industry applications, which gained economic benefit of ca. 0.3 billion Chinese dollars per year.

    The teams leader of Prof. Luo Hean is the Talent of Science and Technology in Hunan Province, supervisor of the Doctor Station of Chemical Engineering and Technology of Xiangtan University, director of National & Local Joint Engineering Research Center of Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization, director of Provincial 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center of Environmental Friendly and Efficient Utilization of Resources in the New Technology of Chemical Engineering, director of Ministerial Engineering Research Center of Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization (Hunan Province Engineering Research Center), deputy of the 11th and 12th National People's Congresses, expert enjoying special allowances of the State Council. Prof. Luo has made significant contribution in the area of fracture and coalescence of fluid particles. Two fluid dynamics models proposed by him are famous for Luo & Svendsens and Luos models among foreign researchers.

    Aiming at making more contribution to our human beingslife, the Chemical Process Simulation and Optimization Team of Xiangtan University will keep on working on the road of scientific research.
