Description: On consignment we have an M.A. Lithgow Short Magazine Lee Enfield rifle in .303 British. This gun features a walnut military stock marked, ‘M.A. LITHGOW SMLE, III* HV, 1943,’ and with other cartouches and matching serial number on the forend, matte black action marked identically but with a date of 1942, serial number 93131. Serial number on stock, under barrel, bolt, and receiver all match. Gun in in very good overall condition with original military sights, a clean bore, and sharp rifling. INVENTORY NUMBER: 9313
