Bridal Veil Falls Trail

The bugs weren't too bad. The trail was pretty obvious, thankfully, since I didn't really see any markers. The falls were beautiful and so worth going all the way up for. The worst part about this hike was the most disrespectful family with crotch goblins who were throwing rocks down the falls while other people were at the bottom. If you're going to bring your kids out in nature, teach them to respect it as well as others.

Didn't make it up to the falls due to trees down that we didn't feel like going through the woods to get around. Otherwise, it was fairly easy to avoid any muddy spots.

My boyfriend and I went up on a Wednesday we. The hike is a good incline, one area in particular with downed trees over the trail. There were quite a few piled up so we went off trail to get around. That’s where the trail gets to be mostly rocky. At the top I wasn’t able to get all the way to the falls as the rock face was pretty slick and I’m a nervous Nelly about falling. There were buggy parts but it wasn’t enough to complain. Maybe it’s because we’re getting old but we found the descent rough on the joints. But also we passed a family with kids in crocs so really depends on your body. There were some pretty muddy parts and one where the trail looked kinda washed out so choose your footwear accordingly.

Easy gentle hike..

Was pretty fun. I’ve seen better waterfalls around here though. What made it fun was climbing down to the rocks on the side streams. Probably won’t be back.

Easy hike. There was a spot where trees fell and we had to either climb over it or go off path to get around. It was a little buggy but not bad.

great hike, up hill gradual on the way up to falls. beautiful worth the short hike.

Probably closer to three miles than 2.5 each way. Great hike to do with kids, waterfall and cascading river are beautiful.

Trail was great. Not super muddy. Kid and dog friendly.

Great conditions. Not too wet and stream at top is very passable.

Great trail. Easy to follow. A little wet but my feet stayed dry the whole time.

Overall, great trail. A bit buggy in parts and has way more rocks and roots than the description lets on. Also be aware there is roughly a 2 mile walk to the trailhead, so plan your time accordingly. Really wish the description mentioned this. There is a great spot right near the falls to relax and have snacks. This was the longest hike we have done so far and the scenic views along the river and falls made it worth it!

Clear trail, very little mud today but looks susceptible to rain and melt water. Reasonably pretty waterfall. We had hoped to cross to the Fat Lip trail but it wasn't quite possible to cross the creek without wet feet.

Steep at points and lots of bouldering. Not for anyone who is unsure of foot.

Few mud spots but otherwise dry and in great shape! Falls were roaring!

Beautiful falls at the end! Beginning of the trail is on an unpaved car road by some houses, but it soon splits off into a beautiful trail through the woods. Plenty of muddy/wet spots so waterproof shoes are a must. Only snow/ice at the absolute last portion so no snow gear necessary!

Went sat the 30th. Trail had plenty of snow. Not enough for skinning. We just booted it. No need for spikes brought them though. Nice two plus hr hike. And don’t forget to go past the shelter up to the falls. So beautiful!! AND almost missed it. Saw the tracks last minute.

Trail is in good shape, but wet and muddy throughout. Fair amount of fresh powder closer to the falls. Barebooted the whole way, never really felt the need for spikes. Falls were running strong!

Spotty ice for the first 1.5 miles - spikes really only needed for the last mile. Super pretty at the falls. Easy hike.

Did this trail in 5-10C weather in the beginning of March. Definitely need microspikes. Great views at the waterfall

This trail is very popular with an easy grade of ascent. Beautiful falls all year round!

Spikes are a must. Ice is melting, careful breaking through and soaking your feet. Overall very peaceful tranquil hike.

Lower part of trail was ice, upper part, packed snow. Bring your micro spikes. The falls were awesome. A very nice hike.
