「十里芳菲」是一个水边的村落,项目所在地是湿地公园里成狭长形散落分布的民居建筑,从第一个房子走到最后一个房子约需40分钟,大概10里的样子。西溪湿地,素有“留下”之美。每年有上百万来自世界各地的游客来到这里。「杭州西溪十里芳菲主题度假村落」是用西溪湿地里的六个自然村落,打造的一个以「即兴的智慧」为主题的度假村落集群。人喜欢水的悠长,但终究,你爱上的,不止是这个世界;而是在这个世界里,真情实理、活色生香的人与生活。
Project Description
Alor Valley located in the scenic spot of Xixi National Wetland Park in Xihu District, Hangzhou. It is the first project in China to enter the resort and guest rooms by boat. All existing buildings in the project were completed between 1950s and 1960s, It takes about 40 minutes to walk from the first house to the last house, about 10 miles. The Xixi Wetland is known for its "remaining" beauty. Millions of tourists from all over the world come here every year. " Alor Valley " is a cluster of resorts with the theme of "improvised wisdom" using six natural villages in Xixi Wetland. Tourists may enjoy the beauty of the wetland park, but after all, what you fall in love with is not only this world; but in this world, people and lives with true feelings and liveliness.
User Value
We used different perspective of thinking and turned the former space-based and object-oriented architectural design into a human-centered experience design, and a new thinking perspective was born. Business Performance
Alor Valley has divided into four different product lines, which are mainly targeted at the different needs of customers: first, the guests who come to Alor Valley to stay; second, the original natural tourist volume of Xixi Wetland; third, for the training of entrepreneurial enterprises, Space scenes required for meetings, events, etc.; Fourth, people who come for the beauty of the waters of Xixi Wetland and the natural villages, such as water weddings and other people. In terms of tourist product lines, Alor Valley target group is positioned as active businesspeople. Team Structure
More than 10 designers including architecture, landscape, interior and soft decoration participated in the overall design project. In the early stage of the project, it is very challenging to deal with the village of Xixi wetland, such as the complexity of the space, the area of the project wound, the regulation of the wetland reserve, the renovation process of the old house, etc. First of all, the operation projects of Shili Fangfei include accommodation, catering and activity sites scattered on different islands. The layout of the building and the design of the moving line should not only take care of the tourists' viewing experience, but also ensure the independent operation and safety of each other. Among them, 111 guest rooms are distributed in six small villages. The number of guest rooms in each village is uneven and the room type is different, because they are all original According to the original structure, there are 89 types of room drawings in 111 guest rooms. In addition, if the original building is to be converted into a commercial guest room, it needs to go through heat preservation, waterproof, sound insulation and other repair work, not to mention the challenges in the layout of underground environmental protection pipelines for the protection of wetland environment.
Flow
Alor Valley convened more than 10 designers including architecture, landscape, interior and soft furnishings to participate in the overall design project. In the early stage of the project, the treatment of this village in Xixi Wetland is extremely challenging, with regard to the complexity of the space, the area of the wound surface of the project, the supervision regulations of the wetland protection area, and the renovation process of the old house. First of all, Alor Valley's operating projects, including accommodation, catering, and event venues, are scattered on different islands. The layout and design of the building should not only take care of the viewing experience of tourists, but also ensure the independent operation and safety of each other; Among them, there are 111 guest rooms in six small villages. The number of guest rooms in each village is unevenly distributed and the room types are different. Since the original village houses were rebuilt, there were 89 room types in the 111 guest rooms constructed based on the original house structure drawings. In addition, the conversion of the original building into a commercial guest room requires repair work such as thermal insulation, waterproofing, and sound insulation, not to mention the challenge of protecting the environment of the wetland and the layout of underground environmental protection pipelines. In addition, the owner Fang also used the service design workshop for the first time in the preliminary planning of the entire project. She externally hired designers, directors, psychologists, market experts, and Alor Valley's management and key employees to work on different topics. Divergent thinking and finding directions include combing the target customer group's needs and discussing how to build the "home" sense of the customer group around the target customer group. In the workshop, the team used the experience journey map as a framework to discuss the products, environment, interface of the various contacts with customers, and the entire behavioral line; from the stage, it covers the pre-stay (planning, search, booking, travel ), Check-in (arrival, registration, residence, use, checkout) and departure three phases, the behavior is carried out according to the phase, and the service and space function plan is proposed at the second time, and finally implemented to the plane.
Project Investment
Alor Valley established the project at the end of 2016. It took almost a year to design and deliver. The total investment of the project was RMB 160 million yuan.
