国产铁皮玩具工业始于清未民初，自今已有一百多年的历史。1998年，怀着对铁皮玩具的热爱与复兴铁皮玩具工业的梦想，于新加坡创立了人生第一个铁皮玩具品牌「THE TOYS MUSEUM」，并开始设计与生产第一只铁皮玩具，可梦想归梦想，现实归现实，品牌只坚持了四年。
本来以为此生与铁皮玩具无缘，但上天再次给了我另一次机会。2008年，一家因外单减少而濒临收盘的铁皮玩具加工厂，与我联系上，并寻求合作的可能性。我初心不死，带着热情与梦想，重新回到上海，把铁皮玩具重新定位，并创立了人生第二个铁皮玩具品牌「SAINT JOHN」。
商业表现
「SAINT JOHN」铁皮玩具从2012年开始主销国內市场。从上海南京路第一个零售点开始，发展至现在包括苏州，武汉，长沙，北京，青岛，北京，秦皇岛，乌鲁木齐，厦门，广州，深圳，香港，台湾，澳门等城市的一百五十多个零售点。而国外也销售至英国，法国，西班牙，意大利，星加坡，韩国，日本等国。
团队组织
只有我和我的工厂工人团队。我负责开发，产品设计，产品包装，销售，市场推广。我工人负责开模，冲床，装配，包装，物流。
流程方法
从工艺上延用百年传统工序。从设计上，把传统工业变成时尚文创产品。
Project Description
I started to collect my first Shanghai made tin toys when I was a graphic designer in 1989. During that time, most of the overseas antique toy dealers and toy collector friends don’t really like tin toys made in Shangjai as they thought Shanghai made tin toys are just cheap toys and no collectible value at all.
So, I have a dream to have a Shanghai Toy Museum to show the beauty and the art of Shanghai made tin toys.
I have a dream to have a tin toy factory in one day to show people tin toys made in Shangjai are no longer cheap and low quality.
Finally, here comes an opportunity in 2008, and OEM Tin Toy factory originally named Saint John founded at Shanghai in 1995, decreasing in orders has led this tin toy factory to the brink of collapse in 2008, and I with my passion and dream, going to Shanghai, hopes to drive the new direction, concept and innovative efforts of Shanghai made tin toys a new future.
Business Performance
After years of hard works, today, Saint John become a brand dedicated to Tin Toy Art, has been repositioned and repackage, turning tin toys to fashionable , younger and artistic oriented trend. Beside exporting to Spain, England, Italy, France, Korea, Japan, Singapore...our local mainland stores has been increased from one shop in Shanghai in 2012 until more than 150 shops today which located in Beijing, Su Zhou, Xia Men, Qing Diao, Shen Zhen, Wu Han, Chang Sha, Hong Kong, Taiwan...etc.

Team Structure
The whole company is about 15 people, 14 workers from factory doing all the operation job like molding, pressing, packing. And I concentrating on tin toy design, packaging design, illustration, sales , customer service and marketing.
